Cardiff Canton Diesel Depot - Presentation
My book covering Cardiff Canton Diesel Depot that was published in 2006 has recently sold out. However, I have recently given a presentation covering the history of Canton Diesel depot to the
North Wales Railway Circle. This covers a large proportion of what was in the book and runs to 86 slides provided in both Powerpoint and Adobe pdf format so it can be viewed by anybody with a computer. It contains a large number of images from the early 1960’s through to the depot closure in 2004 as well as information on the maintenance regimes that were followed, particularly during the period that I worked there in the 1980’s.
